Terms of Use

Last updated October 7, 2026. These terms apply to the United States edition.

1. About Corporate Code

Corporate Code is provided by Royal City Mom Inc. (“we” or “us”). It helps you practice workplace communication based on common workplace norms in the United States. By using Corporate Code, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Corporate Code.

2. Daily limits

Each subscription includes up to 100 practices and 100 translations per day.

One practice is counted each time you send a reply in a practice situation and receive feedback. Trying the same situation again counts as a new practice.

One translation is counted each time you translate a message and receive a result.

A practice or translation doesn’t count if the result fails to arrive or if you stop it before it arrives.

Your counts reset every day at midnight, local time. Unused practices and translations don’t carry over to the next day.

The Phrasebook, phrase explanations, and the Culture guide don’t count toward these limits. To prevent misuse, phrase explanations have a separate limit of 300 per day.

When you reach a limit, that feature is unavailable until your count resets. The rest of the app keeps working.

3. Your profile and the Culture guide

When you set up Corporate Code, we ask for your country of origin, seniority level, age group, and gender. You can choose “Prefer not to say” for country of origin, age group, and gender, and you can change any answer in Profile.

Your answers are stored on your device. We use your seniority level and country of origin to tailor practice feedback, translations, phrase explanations, and the Culture guide, and we send them with your requests to our AI provider. When you subscribe, the app sends your answers to us once, without your name or contact details, and we count them only in aggregate, to understand who uses Corporate Code and to improve it. Age group and gender aren’t sent to our AI provider.

The Culture guide describes common patterns in US corporate offices. Everyone can read it.

Comparisons with your background (“Your biggest adjustments” and “Compared with your background”) are available only if your country of origin is one of these 21: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. If you choose another country, you’ll see the general guide without comparisons. If you choose the United States, the guide already describes the workplaces you know.

Comparisons describe common tendencies in workplaces in each country. They are generalizations. Workplaces differ by region, industry, company, and person, and a comparison may not describe you or your experience.

All content in Corporate Code, including comparisons and feedback, is in English.

4. AI-generated feedback

Feedback, example replies, translations, and phrase explanations are generated by artificial intelligence. They describe common tendencies, not rules, and they can be wrong or may not fit your workplace. Use your own judgment. Corporate Code does not provide legal, HR, career, or medical advice.

5. What you type or say

Don’t enter or say confidential or sensitive information, such as real names, client details, or company data. Text you write or say in Practice and Translate, and phrases you ask about in the Phrasebook, are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate feedback, translations, and explanations. The app asks for your permission before sending anything. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled.

If you answer by voice, your iPhone turns your speech into text using Apple’s speech recognition. Where your iPhone supports it, this happens on the device; otherwise, Apple may process the audio under its own terms. Corporate Code sends only the resulting text to our AI provider, not your recording.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Corporate Code to harass anyone or to create harmful content. Don’t try to get around the daily limits, for example by using automated requests. Don’t copy, resell, or redistribute the app’s content.

7. Subscriptions

Corporate Code requires a subscription. There is no free version or free trial.

Plans: $29.99 per month, $129.99 every 6 months, or $199.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars. Every plan includes the full app, within the daily limits in section 2.

Purchases are processed by Apple, and payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

8. Changes to the app

We may update, change, or pause features. To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for service interruptions or for decisions you make based on the feedback.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, including to the practice limit, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
