Corporate Code

Legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026.

Corporate Code is provided by Royal City Mom Inc. (“we” or “us”). This policy explains what information the Corporate Code app uses, why, and who it’s shared with.

1. No account

You don’t create an account. We don’t ask for your name, email address, or phone number.

2. Information stored on your iPhone

Your workplace edition (United States or Canada), country of origin, seniority level, age group, gender, focus areas, saved phrases, and practice results are stored on your iPhone. Tap Start over in Profile, or delete the app, to erase them.

3. What’s sent when you use AI features

When you send a practice reply, translate a message, or ask for a phrase explanation, the app sends our server the text you wrote (or the text your iPhone turned your speech into), the situation or phrase you chose, your workplace edition, your country of origin, and your seniority level. If you share anonymous statistics (section 6), it also sends your age group, which our server only adds to a count and never sends to Anthropic. Your gender isn’t included.

Our server adds instructions and sends this to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model, to generate the response. We don’t store or log the text you write or the responses on our server.

Anthropic processes this information as our service provider under its commercial terms. Under those terms, Anthropic doesn’t use it to train its models, and it may keep it for a limited time, for example to detect and prevent misuse. See Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.

The app asks for your permission before it sends anything to Anthropic, and you can turn AI features off in Profile. Please don’t include names, client details, or confidential company information.

4. Voice input

If you answer by voice, Apple’s speech recognition turns your speech into text. Where your iPhone supports it, this happens on the device. Otherwise, Apple may process the audio under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We never receive your recordings.

5. Subscription information

Apple processes all payments. We don’t receive your payment details or your Apple Account information.

With each request, the app sends the signed transaction information the App Store provides for your subscription. It includes transaction numbers, the plan, purchase and expiry dates, and app identifiers. We use it to confirm your subscription is active and to apply the daily limits. For each subscription, we keep only that day’s practice, translation, and explanation counts, linked to the subscription’s transaction number.

6. Anonymous statistics

Unless you turn off Share anonymous statistics in Profile, the app sends us a few things that we only add to monthly totals. We use the totals to understand who uses Corporate Code and to improve it.

Setup steps. As you go through setup, the app reports each step it reaches (for example, “Saw the plans screen”), once per install. These reports include no identifier and none of your answers.

Profile answers. When you subscribe, the app sends your profile answers once: workplace edition, country of origin, seniority level, age group, and gender. We also note which plan you chose. We add these to running totals (for example, how many subscribers aged 25–34 chose the yearly plan) and don’t store them with any identifier. We keep a note that a subscription’s answers were counted, so they’re only counted once.

Use by age group. With each practice, translation, or phrase explanation, the app includes your age group. Our server adds one to that age group’s count for the month and doesn’t store it with anything else.

Our reports hide any group of fewer than 10 people. Turning statistics off stops these reports from then on. Totals already counted can’t be traced back to you, so they can’t be removed.

7. Hosting and security

Our server runs on Cloudflare. Like any web service, Cloudflare processes network information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. We don’t use your IP address to identify you. To protect the service, our server may briefly use it to limit how many requests one address can send. The app has no advertising, no third-party analytics tools, and no tracking.

8. Sharing

We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising. We share information only with the service providers described above (Apple, Anthropic, and Cloudflare) to run the app, or when the law requires it.

9. Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you’re in Canada, your information may be processed outside Canada and may be accessible to authorities there under local law.

10. Keeping and deleting information

Information on your iPhone stays until you tap Start over or delete the app. On our server, we keep each subscription’s daily counts and the note that its profile answers were counted, plus the aggregate totals, which can’t identify you. Because we don’t know who you are, we may not be able to find information about you, but you can contact us with any request or question.

11. Age

Corporate Code is for people 18 and older and isn’t directed to children.

12. Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app.
